Get Funky Gorgonzola, Corn, and Bacon Dip with a Sweet Mango Pineapple Salsa Pop

INGREDIENTS:
- 1, 8 ounce bar cream cheese, softened 
- ½ cup sour cream 
- ½ cup gorgonzola crumbles 
- 1, 12 ounce bag frozen corn, thawed 
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and chopped 
- ½ teaspoon salt 
- ½ teaspoon black pepper 
- 1 12 ounce container Sam’s Mango Pineapple Fresh Salsa, divided 
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped 
- Tortilla chips 
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a pie plate or 2 quart baking dish with non-stick spray. 
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, gorgonzola, corn, bacon, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of the salsa in a large bowl. Spread it evenly in the baking dish. Top it evenly with the remaining ½ cup of the salsa. 
- Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle the cilantro leaves over the top of the dip and serve with tortilla or pita chips.
