Get Funky Gorgonzola, Corn, and Bacon Dip with a Sweet Mango Pineapple Salsa Pop

INGREDIENTS:
1, 8 ounce bar cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup gorgonzola crumbles
1, 12 ounce bag frozen corn, thawed
6 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 12 ounce container Sam’s Mango Pineapple Fresh Salsa, divided
2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped
Tortilla chips
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a pie plate or 2 quart baking dish with non-stick spray.
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, gorgonzola, corn, bacon, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of the salsa in a large bowl. Spread it evenly in the baking dish. Top it evenly with the remaining ½ cup of the salsa.
Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle the cilantro leaves over the top of the dip and serve with tortilla or pita chips.
